Shipping policy

All orders placed are shipped through the national and international shipping service DHL Express, generally with the following timing:

- delivery in 3-5 days in Italy

- delivery in 5-10 days in Europe

No matter where you live, our goal is to offer you the best shipping service. The delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, quality control and packaging. All orders are taken over by the shipping company after the above steps.

Shipping time: refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our courier to their destination.

NB: all shipments outside the borders of the EC (European Community) are subject to the payment of duties/customs fees provided by the country where the goods are imported. Customs duties will not be refundable in case of exchange or return.

Shipping is free for orders over 999€.

If you don't have a happy experience, we will make sure you are 100% satisfied. You can buy absolutely ZERO RISK from our store, so please email us if you need assistance. We take every care to protect your item thoroughly for shipping. If the object is damaged upon arrival please contact us promptly, take pictures of the shipment upon arrival, and keep the box for our insurance provider to inspect if required. The report of any damage must be communicated within 7 days from delivery. We shall make every effort to replace or refund your item but we must evaluate this on a case by case basis.

A return may be initiated within 14 days from delivery; A restocking fee of 15% of the item price applies. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be refunded for the original shipping cost.

Items must be returned in the condition received. Any international custom duties and taxes will not be refunded. Customer cannot return and refund custom made products. Return shipping costs maybe higher than the original shipping cost.
